摘 要:针对盐湖卤水钠镁比值逐年降低,硫酸镁、硫酸钙、硫酸钠等杂质大量富集,滩晒盐过程中硫酸根含量超标问题,结合卤水中硫酸钙、硫酸钠析出规律,进行工艺调控措施、新增一套筛分洗涤装置,对滩晒盐中杂质、不溶物进行有效去除,收盐结束后对杂质富集的老卤进行合理排放并加入淡水灌洗池底富集的杂质,从而提高吉兰泰盐湖滩晒盐质量、利用率及生产效率,文章对工艺优化后的实施及效果、成品质量进行了分析。In response to the annual decrease in the sodium magnesium ratio of salt lake brine,the enrichment of impurities such as magnesium sulfate,calcium sulfate,and sodium sulfate,and the problem of excessive sulfate content during the beach salt drying process,combined with the precipitation pattern of calcium sulfate and sodium sulfate in the brine,process control measures are taken and a new screening and washing device is added to effectively remove impurities and insoluble substances in the beach salt drying process.After the salt collection is completed,the old brine enriched with impurities is reasonably discharged and the impurities enriched at the bottom of the fresh water irrigation tank are added to improve the quality,utilization rate,and production efficiency of the Jilantai salt lake.The article analyzed the implementation and effectiveness of the optimized process,as well as the quality of the finished product,for reference by salt lake production enterprises.
