摘 要:文章简单介绍了国内原盐产业的发展现状,对采用硫酸钙为主杂质的钙型卤水为原料的蒸发制盐过程两种除杂工艺进行简要对比,石膏晶种法更符合环保趋势。分析了钙型卤水制盐企业副产品盐石膏的组成,并介绍了利用副产盐石膏制备α型半水石膏的综合利用工艺。This article mainly introduced the development of raw salt in China,and compared with two impurity removal processes for the evaporation salt production process using calcium type brine,with calcium sulfate as the main impurity,the comparison results show that the gypsum crystal method is more in line with environmental protection trends.And it briefly analyzed the composition of salt gypsum in the salt making,and introduced the comprehensive utilization technology of salt gypsum to makingα-Hemihydrated Gypsum.
