摘 要:目的汉化并验证护理硕士研究生质量与安全能力临床评估量表,为护理硕士研究生提供有效的质量与安全能力测评工具。方法采用Brislin翻译模型对护理硕士研究生质量与安全能力临床评估量表进行翻译,由6名专家对量表进行跨文化调适,并选取524名护理硕士研究生进行调查,以验证中文版量表的信效度。结果探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.432%,各条目的因子载荷均>0.40。验证性因子分析拟合指标均在可接受范围(χ^(2)/df=2.034,CFI=0.935,GFI=0.816,NFI=0.881,IFI=0.936,TLI=0.927,RFI=0.866,RMSEA=0.063,RMR=0.026)。量表重测信度为0.868;折半信度为0.926,Cronbach′s α为0.960。结论中文版量表具有较好的信度和效度,可作为评估护理硕士研究生护理质量与安全能力的有效工具,能够为护理硕士研究生质量与安全能力培养提供新视角。Objective To translate the English version of the Quality and Safety Framed Clinical Evaluation for Nurse Practitioner Students Scale(QSFCENPS)into Chinese,and verify its reliability and validity,so as to provide an effective clinical assessment tool for ensuring the quality and safety ability of nursing graduate students in China.Methods The Brislin translation model was used to translate the English version of QSFCENPS into Chinese.Six experts made cross-cultural adjustments to the scale,and 524 nursing postgraduate students were selected for investigation to verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese QSFCENPS.Results Six common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.432%,and the factor load of each item was above 0.40.The fitting indices of confirmatory factor analysis were all within an acceptable range(χ^(2)/df=2.034,CFI=0.935,GFI=0.816,NFI=0.881,IFI=0.936,TLI=0.927,RFI=0.866,RMSEA=0.063,and RMR=0.026).The retest reliability of the scale was 0.868.The split-half reliability was 0.926,and Cronbach′sαwas 0.960.Conclusion The Chinese QSFCENPS exhibits good reliability and validity,making it an effective tool for evaluating the nursing quality and safety ability of nursing postgraduate students.It also provides a new perspective for training the quality and safety ability of nursing postgraduate students.
