摘  要:以枸杞提取液作为还原剂和稳定剂,硝酸银为银源,采用生物合成法制备纳米银粒子(AgNPs),并运用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见(UV-vis)吸收光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和Zeta电位等方法,对制得的AgNPs的形貌、光学特性、晶体结构和稳定性进行表征.研究表明,在合成温度为95℃时,枸杞提取液能够将硝酸银还原成粒径分布均匀和分散性、稳定性良好的AgNPs.以此为基础,研究AgNPs对鳗弧菌、灿烂弧菌、点状产气单胞菌、副溶血弧菌、哈维氏弧菌和溶藻弧菌6种常见水产病原菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,枸杞提取液合成的AgNPs对这6种病原菌均有显著的抑制效果;3.0μg/mL AgNPs溶液对鳗弧菌的生长具有明显的抑制作用,对鳗弧菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为1.7μg/mL和3.4μg/mL.枸杞提取液合成的AgNPs对水产病原菌具有极好的抑制作用和杀灭效果,在水产养殖行业具有良好的应用前景.In this paper,silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) were prepared by a biological synthesis method using wolfberry extract as reducing agent and stabilizer,and silver nitrate as silver source.The morphology,optical properties,crystal structure and stability of AgNPs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-vis absorption spectrum,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Zeta potential,respectively.The results showed that silver nitrate was successfully reduced to AgNPs with uniform particle size distribution,good dispersion,and stability when the synthesis temperature was 95 ℃.In addition,the antibacterial activity of AgNPs against six common aquatic pathogenic bacteria such as Vibrio anguillarum,Vibrio brilliant,Aeromonas punctatus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio harveyi and Vibrio alginolyticus was studied.Antibacterial results showed that the synthesized AgNPs had significant antibacterial effects on the six pathogens.Witin 3 μg/mL AgNPs solution,the growth of Vibrio anguillarum was significantly inhibited.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) against Vibrio anguillarum were 1.7 μg/mL and 3.4 μg/mL,respectively.AgNPs prepared from wolfberry extract have excellent inhibition and killing effects on aquatic pathogenic bacteria,and have good application prospects in aquaculture industry.
