摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性病变,针刺在改善PD运动及非运动障碍均具有一定疗效。针刺通过调节机体氧化应激反应,抑制神经炎症,改善α-突触核蛋白的调控异常,调节线粒体功能,抑制细胞凋亡,达到恢复多巴胺能神经元活性和减少病理产物沉积的效果,从而实现对PD的治疗作用,为针刺治疗PD提供新思路。Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common degenerative disease of the central nervous system,and acupuncture has the certain therapeutic effect in improving both motor and non-motor impairments in PD.By regulating oxidative stress response,suppressing neuroinflammation,improving the abnormal regulation ofα-synuclein,regulating mitochondrial function and inhibiting apoptosis,acupuncture can restore the activity of dopaminergic neurons and reduce the deposition of pathological products,thus providing a new idea for the treatment of PD by acupuncture.
