共同性外斜视双眼黄斑视网膜和脉络膜厚度差异分析

摘  要:目的探讨共同性外斜视病人主导眼和非主导眼黄斑区视网膜厚度(RT)和脉络膜厚度(CT)的差异。方法收集67例共同性外斜视病人(其中间歇性42例,恒定性25例)以及36例健康志愿者,使用光学相干断层扫描仪测量中心凹及鼻侧、上方、颞侧、下方距中心凹各1、2 mm的RT及CT,比较主导眼和非主导眼CT和RT差异。结果间歇性外斜视病人主导眼中心凹CT显著低于非主导眼(t=-2.906,P<0.01);主导眼中心凹鼻侧1 mm CT显著低于非主导眼(t=-2.131,P<0.05)。恒定性外斜视病人主导眼中心凹鼻侧1 mm RT显著高于非主导眼(t=3.265,P<0.01)。其余各测量位置及健康对照组各测量位置双眼间RT及CT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间歇性外斜视病人主导眼中心凹、中心凹鼻侧CT较非主导眼偏薄,恒定性外斜视病人主导眼中心凹鼻侧RT较非主导眼偏厚。Objective To investigate the differences in retinal thickness(RT)and choroidal thickness(CT)in the macula of the dominant and non-dominant eyes in patients with concomitant exotropia.Methods We included 67 patients with concomitant exotropia(42 intermittent and 25 constant cases)and 36 healthy individuals.Optical coherence tomography was used to measure RT and CT at the fovea and 1 mm and 2 mm to the nasal,superior,temporal,and inferior sides of the fovea.The CT and RT of the dominant and non-dominant eyes were compared.Results In patients with intermittent exotropia,the CT of the fovea of the dominant eye was significantly lesser than that of the non-dominant eye(t=-2.906,P<0.01);the CT at 1 mm to the nasal side of the fovea of the dominant eye was significantly lesser than that of the non-dominant eye(t=-2.131,P<0.05).In patients with constant exotropia,the RT at 1 mm to the nasal side of the fovea of the dominant eye was significantly greater than that of the non-dominant eye(t=3.265,P<0.01),with no significant difference in RT or CT at any other site between both eyes in these patients or in the healthy individuals(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with intermittent exotropia had a thinner choroid in the fovea and the nasal area to the fovea in the dominant eye than in the non-dominant eye.Patients with constant exotropia had a thicker retina in the nasal area to the fovea in the dominant eye than in the non-dominant eye.
