摘  要:口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤,具有侵袭性强、复发率高、预后差的特点。恶性肿瘤细胞最显著的能量代谢特点是即使在氧气供应充分的情况下,也主要由糖酵解而非氧化磷酸化获取能量,这种肿瘤细胞糖酵解异常活跃的现象称为Warburg效应。了解肿瘤葡萄糖代谢异常对OSCC的临床治疗有重要意义。本文综述Warburg效应及糖酵解关键酶在OSCC治疗中作用的研究进展,为OSCC治疗提供新思路。Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common malignant tumor in the oral and maxillofacial region,which is characterized by strong invasiveness,high recurrence,and poor prognosis.Malignant tumor cells obtain energy mainly through glycolysis rather than oxidative phosphorylation,even in an oxygen-sufficient environment,andthis phenomenon of hyperactive glycolysis in tumor cells is called the Warburg effect.The understanding of abnormal glucose metabolism of tumors is of great significance for the clinical treatment of OSCC.This article reviews the latest understanding of the role of the Warburg effect and key glycolytic enzymes in the treatment of OSCC,with the aim to provide new ideas for the treatment of OSCC.
