摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤是血液系统的第二大常见的恶性肿瘤。脂代谢与多发性骨髓瘤之间的联系近年来日益得到重视,其临床和基础研究虽取得了一定的成果,但具体联系仍不明确。本文从病因、发病机制、临床表现、治疗等方面对脂质代谢与多发性骨髓瘤相关的研究进展进行综述,旨在为多发性骨髓瘤的诊断、治疗及预防等提供新的思路。Multiple myeloma is the second most common hematological malignancy.The relationship between lipid metabolism and multiple myeloma has received increasing attention in recent years.Although certain achievements have been made on clinical and basic research,the specific relationship is still unclear.This paper reviews the research progress related to lipid metabolism and multiple myeloma from several aspects,including etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and treatment,hoping to provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of multiple myeloma.
