摘  要:习近平总书记关于“四有”好老师的重要论述从职业信念、职业道德、职业素养和职业品行四个维度规范了新时代教师的职业责任内涵,为师范生的培养提供了基本的价值导向。通化师范学院“映山红”支教实习在助推乡村振兴的支教实践中,探索了一条培养“四有”好老师的实践路径:以榜样引领坚定职业信念;以实践磨炼陶冶职业道德;以平台助力强化职业素养;以真情浸润滋养职业品行,为师范院校培养“四有”好老师提供了有益借鉴。From four dimensions of professional belief,professional ethics,professional quality and profes-sional conduct,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed four criteria for teachers,which regulates the content of teachers'professional responsibility in the new era,providing a basic value orientation for the training of normal students.In the practice of"Yingshanhong"aid education to promote rural revitaliza-tion,a practical path of cultivating good teachers of the Four Criteria has been explored with the aims to strengthen professional belief by example leading,to practice and cultivate professional ethics,to intensify professional literacy with the help of the platform and to nourish professional conduct with true feelings.It offers a practical reference for normal universities to train good teachers of the Four Criteria.
