摘　　要：某散货码头作为沿海大型散货码头,其作业范围包括卸船、装船、装车、配矿等。由于其工作量大,时间紧迫等原因,对于工艺设备控制系统的可靠性及稳定性提出了很高的要求。针对这些特点,本文详细介绍了使用西门子S7-400H热备冗余PLC,Profibus-DP现场总线技术的远程I/O站,杰控上位机软件为基础的控制系统,介绍了其系统组成及码头工艺流程的实现过程。As a large coastal bulk cargo terminal,the scope of operation of a bulk cargo terminal includes unloading,loading,loading,ore blending,etc.Due to its large workload and tight time,it puts forward high requirements for the reliability and stability of the process equipment control system.In view of these characteristics,this paper introduces in detail the remote I/O station using Siemens S7-400H hot standby redundant PLC,profibus-DP fieldbus technology,and the control system based on the software of the upper computer,and introduces its system composition and the realization process of the terminal process.
