摘 要:本文研究目的是为南京市引进高层次创新创业人才提出对策建议。首先,阐述了高层次创新创业人才的定义;其次,说明了高层次创新创业人才对产业发展的重要性,并分析了南京市高层次创新创业人才引进的现状与问题;最后,本文提出了4点对策建议,一是加强人才政策的宣传和落实,二是提升科技服务的质量和水平,三是完善人才服务的体系和环境,四是突出南京市自身的特点和优势。The purpose of this paper is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for Nanjing to introduce high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Firstly,this paper expounds the definition of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents;then,it explains the importance of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents to industrial development,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the introduction of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Nanjing;finally,it puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions,one is to strengthen the publicity and implementation of the talent policy,two is to improve the quality and level of sci-tech services,three is to improve the system and environment of talent services,and four is to highlight the characteristics and advantages of Nanjing itself.
