摘  要:“四有”好老师是新时代高校辅导员职业素养的核心要求。提升辅导员职业素养是为党育人为国育才的政治要求,是学生成长成才的使命要求,是学校高质量发展的事业要求,是辅导员专业化发展的职业要求。地方高校辅导员职业素养提升应以加强价值引领协同化、表率作用持久化、服务管理时代化、专业发展方向化为目标。Good teachers of the"Four Haves"is the core requirement for the professional quality of university counselors in the new era.Improving the professional quality of counselors is the political requirement of educating people for the Communist Party of China and the People's Republic of China,the mission requirement for students'growth and success,the career requirement of high-quality development of schools,and the professional requirement for the professional development of counselors.The improvement of professional literacy of local universities counselors should aim to strengthen the synergy of value leadership,persist in exemplary role,modernize service management,and orient professional development.
