摘　　要：在财源和资源利用日趋多样化的背景下,高等院校基建建设规模和速度不断提高。因此,高校基建的财务管理和风险控制显得尤为重要。笔者分析了高校基建财务管理存在的问题和产生原因,并提出了加强内部控制、构建健康的资产风险控制机制、严格执行预算管理和提高基建财务管理者综合能力等一系列防范措施。In the context of the increasing diversification of funding sources and resource utilization,the scale and speed of infrastructure construction in higher education institutions are continuously escalating.Therefore,financial management and risk control of campus infrastructure become particularly important.The author analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the financial management of university capital construction,it also puts forward a series of preventive measures,such as strengthening internal control,constructing healthy asset risk control mechanism,strictly executing budget management and improving the comprehensive ability of capital construction financial managers.
