摘 要:在盆栽盐胁迫条件下,设置抗坏血酸浓度0 mmol/L(对照)、4 mmol/L、8 mmol/L、12 mmol/L、16 mmol/L、20 mmol/L 6个处理,研究不同浓度的抗坏血酸对小叶丁香逆境生理指标的影响。结果表明,外源抗坏血酸降低了小叶丁香的MDA含量,提高了其叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性和POD活性,表明抗坏血酸在一定程度上可以缓解盐胁迫对小叶丁香的危害。随着抗坏血酸浓度的增加,小叶丁香的MDA含量先降低后升高,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性和POD活性先升高后降低,说明适宜浓度的抗坏血酸可以有效缓解盐胁迫对小叶香的影响。因此,在小叶丁香育苗中应用外源抗坏血酸时浓度不宜过高,适宜浓度范围为12 mmol/L~16 mmol/L。To study the effects of different concentrations of ascorbic acid on the stress physiology indicators of Syringa microphylla Diels,6 treatments were set under salt stress potted plants condition which ascorbic acid concentrations were 0 mmol/L(control),4 mmol/L,8 mmol/L,12 mmol/L,16 mmol/L and 20 mmol/L.The results showed that exogenous ascorbic acid reduced the MDA content of Syringa microphylla Diels,while increased its chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,free proline content,SOD activity and POD activity which indicating that ascorbic acid could alleviate the harm of salt stress to Syringa microphylla Diels to a certain extent.As the concentration of ascorbic acid increased,the MDA content of Syringa microphylla Diels first decreased and then increased,while the chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,free proline content,SOD activity and POD activity first increased and then decreased.This indicated that the appropriate concentration of ascorbic acid could effectively alleviate the impact of salt stress on Syringa microphylla Diels.Therefore,the concentration of exogenous ascorbic acid should not be too high in the cultivation of Syringa microphylla Diels,and the appropriate concentration range was 12 mmol/L~16 mmol/L.
