摘 要:笔者以壶瓶枣枣果为对象,研究喷施不同浓度和不同次数CaCl_(2)对枣果实时裂果率和吸水量的影响,并分析了枣果实时裂果率和吸水量之间的关系。结果表明,CaCl_(2)处理浓度较高时,枣果实时裂果率较低。一定浓度的CaCl_(2)处理可减少枣果实吸水量,减少枣裂果的发生。The effect of spraying CaCl_(2)with different concentrations and times on the real-time cracking rate and water absorption of jujube fruit was studied and the relationship between real-time cracking rate and water absorption of jujube fruit was analyzed with taking Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Huping as the object.The results showed that when the concentration of CaCl_(2)treatment was high,the real-time cracking rate of jujube fruit was lower.A certain concentration of CaCl_(2)treatment could reduce the water absorption of jujube fruits and reduce the occurrence of jujube cracking.
