摘　　要：消化系统肿瘤恶性程度高,死亡率高,亟需探索新的诊治、改善预后手段。miR-34家族(miR-34a、miR-34b、mi R-34c)功能众多,可以影响消化系统肿瘤细胞的侵袭、迁移、凋亡、增殖等过程,并与消化系统肿瘤的发病风险及预后有关。其中miR-34a较miR-34b、miR-34c在消化系统肿瘤中作用更广泛,miR-34家族在结直肠癌中的作用更为全面。全文概述miR-34家族在主要消化系统肿瘤中的作用及研究进展。Digestive system tumors are common malignant tumors with a high incidence and mortality rate.The miR-34 family(miR-34a,miR-34b,miR-34c)can affect the invasion,migration,apoptosis,proliferation and other processes of cancer cells in digestive system tumors,which are closely related to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease;particularly,compared miR-34b and miR-34c,miR-34a plays a more extensive role in digestive system tumors,and miR-34 family plays a more comprehensive role in colorectal cancer.This paper summarizes research progress on the role of miR-34 family in main digestive system tumors.
