摘 要:基于好氧活性污泥系统,选用乙酸钠作为共代谢基质,探究生物共代谢对苯酚废水的降解效果。当苯酚浓度较高(1000 mg/L)时,普通好氧活性污泥对其去除效果较差(30%以下)。乙酸钠能够提高系统对苯酚的去除效果,且随溶解氧(DO)增加而增强;当DO达到(5.0±0.7)mg/L时,苯酚的去除率高达84.17%左右。高通量测序表明,苯酚会降低微生物多样性,对微生物种群结构产生显著影响,且不能通过投加乙酸钠而恢复。在处理苯酚的污泥样本中,Azotobacter与Bdellovibrio为优势菌属,相对丰度分别达到12.97%和9.08%;而在共代谢样本中,norank_f_Caldilineaceae、Allorhizobium-Neorhizobium-Pararhizobium-Rhizobium、Propioniciclava与Ottowia则成为优势菌属。生物共代谢是一种高效低成本的处理技术,为苯酚废水的降解提供了新思路。Based on aerobic activated sludge system,sodium acetate was selected as co-metabolic substrate to investigate the biological co-metabolism performance of phenol wastewater.When the phenol concentration was high(1000 mg/L),common aerobic activated sludge had a poor removal efficiency of phenol(less than 30%).Sodium acetate improved the removal efficiency of phenol,and the removal efficiency increased with the increase of dissolved oxygen(DO).When DO reached(5.0±0.7)mg/L,the highest removal rate of phenol(84.17%)was obtained.High-throughput sequencing analysis showed that phenol reduced the microbial diversity and significantly affected the microbial community composition.However,the microbial diversity could not be improved by adding sodium acetate.In sludge samples from the phenol treatment process without adding sodium acetate,Azotobacter and Bdellovibrio were the dominant bacterial genera with relative abundances of 12.97%and 9.08%,respectively.While in the co-metabolic sludge samples,norank_f__Caldilineaceae,Allorhizobium-Neorhizobium-Pararhizobium-Rhizobium,Propioniciclava and Ottowia were the dominant bacterial genera.Therefore,this paper develops a high efficiency and low cost phenol treatment process,which can provide a new idea for the degradation of phenol wastewater.
