摘 要:目的 探讨不同空间导航能力个体的大脑皮质结构偏侧化差异。方法 采集不同空间导航能力受试者,分为空间导航能力(良好组)和(较低组)各25例研究对象的的MR T1W1脑结构像,采用脑网络组图谱“aparc.a2009s”对大脑皮质进行精细化分区,计算各脑区大脑皮质表面积、皮质厚度及皮质平均曲率的偏侧化系数,并比较不同空间导航能力的差异。结果 空间导航能力良好组及较低组被试者的皮质表面积、皮质厚度以及平均曲率呈现出偏侧化现象,大脑皮质表面积偏侧化的脑区数目均高于皮质厚度和平均曲率。不同空间导航能力大脑偏侧化出现显著性差异的脑区主要集中在aparc.a2009s分区的12、15和66等脑区(FDR校正,均P<0.05)。结论 不同空间导航能力个体的偏侧化差异的脑区主要集中在空间导航功能相关的额颞叶核心区域及与视觉信息加工处理有关的枕区。Aim To investigate the differences of lateralization of cerebral cortex structure in individuals with different spatial navigation abilities.Methods T1W1 brain structure images of subjects with different spatial navigation abilities(25 in each group with high spatial navigation ability and 25 in each group with low spatial navigation ability)were collected.The cerebral cortex was dissected by brain network atlas"aparc.a2009s",and the lateralization coefficients of cortical surface area,cortical thickness and mean cortical curvature of each brain region were calculated.And the differences of different spatial navigation abilities were compared.Results The cortical surface area,cortical thickness and average curvature of the high spatial navigation ability group and the low spatial navigation ability group showed lateralization.The number of brain regions with lateralized cortical surface area was higher than the cortical thickness and average curvature.The significant differences in brain lateralization of different spatial navigation abilities were mainly concentrated in brain regions 12,15 and 66 of aparc.a2009s(FDR correction,P<0.05).Conclusion The brain regions of lateralization difference of individuals with different spatial navigation abilities mainly focus on the frontal temporal lobe core region related to spatial navigation function and the occipital region related to visual information processing.
