细节护理对消毒供应室灭菌消毒效果的影响研究

摘　　要：探讨消毒供应室应用细节护理的灭菌消毒效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月徐州市中心医院消毒供应室处理的200件医疗器械作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组100件。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用细节护理。结果显示,观察组五项合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);五项工作质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,消毒供应室若要改进现有工作状态,需及时调整护理模式,尽量实施细节护理,该护理模式有利于提升工作效果、工作质量及工作满意度。Explore the sterilization and disinfection effects of detailed nursing in the disinfection supply room.Select 200 medical devices processed by the disinfection supply room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as the research subjects,and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 100 devices in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received detailed care.The results showed that the pass rate of five items in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality score of five items was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the job satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)..Research has found that in order to improve the current working status of the disinfection supply room,it is necessary to adjust the nursing mode in a timely manner and implement detailed nursing as much as possible.This nursing mode is conducive to improving work effi ciency,work quality,and job satisfaction.
