气道廓清技术在脑卒中相关性肺炎患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：观察气道廓清技术在脑卒中相关性肺炎患者中的临床疗效。选取2018年1月—2018年12月广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的60例脑卒中合并肺炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予气道廓清技术以助排痰,对照组给予常规治疗和传统体位引流技术予以排痰,比较组间CPIS评分及临床疗效差异。结果显示,干预第1、2、3、4周后,观察组的CPIS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且随着干预时间延长,两组CPIS评分降低越显著(P<0.05);同时,观察组脑卒中相关性肺炎患者干预1、2、3、4周后,气道分泌物明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,气道廓清技术能有效减少脑卒中相关性肺炎患者痰液,改善患者的缺氧症状,促进患者的康复。To observe the clinical effect of airway clearance in patients with stroke associated pneumonia(SAP).60 patients with SAP were divided into treatment test group and control group according to random number table method.On the basis of routine care,the experimental group was given airway clearance technology to assist in sputum drainage,while the control group was given routine care and traditional body position drainage technology to provide sputum drainage.Patients’body temperature,white blood cell count,airway secretion,gas exchange index and chest X-ray infiltration were recorded,and differences of CPIS score and clinical effi acy between the groups were compared.After 1,2,3 and 4 weeks of the intervention,CPIS scores in the experimental group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CPIS scores in the two groups were signifi cantly lower with the extension of the intervention time(P<0.05).At the same time,after1,2,3 and 4 weeks of intervention in SAP patients in the test group,airway secretion was signifi cantly reduced compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Airway clearance technique can effectively reduce sputum,improve hypoxia symptoms and promote recovery of patients with stroke associated pneumonia.
