摘　　要：目的引进、汉化循证实践(EBP)信念量表、EBP实施量表和系统层面EBP组织文化和准备度量表简版(简称“三EBP量表—简版”)并检验其信效度。方法采用Brislin翻译模型,通过翻译、回译和文化调适,形成中文版三EBP量表—简版。于2022年8月20-30日,采用分层随机抽样的方法,对河南省某三甲医院32个病区的514名护士进行调查,评价量表信效度。结果三EBP量表—简版分别包含3个条目,其S-CVI/UA和I-CVI均为1.000;探索性因子分析均提取出1个公因子,累计方差贡献率分别为80.407%、85.656%、86.454%;3个中文版简版量表的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.877、0.916、0.921,折半系数分别为0.906、0.938、0.901。结论三EBP量表—简版在国内护士群体中具有较好的信效度,可为快速了解护士的EBP信念、实施及组织文化和准备度提供评估工具。Objective To introduce and translate the Chinese short versions of the evidence-based practice(EBP)Beliefs Scale,the EBP Implementation Scale,and the Organizational Culture and Readiness Scale for System-Wide Integration of EBP(Three EBP scale-short version),and test its validity and reliability.Methods The Chinese short versions of the three EBP scales were developed using the Brislin translation model through translation,back translation,and cultural adaptation.From August 20 to 30,2022,a stratified random sample of 514 nurses from 32 wards in a tertiary hospital in Henan province was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scales.Results Each of these three Chinese short versions scales contained 3 items,and the S-CVI/UA and I-CVI were both 1.000.The exploratory factor analysis was conducted on each of the three scales and one common factor was extracted,with a cumulative variance contribution of 80.407%,85.656%,and 86.454%,respectively.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of three Chinese short versions scales were 0.877,0.916,0.921,and the split-half reliability were 0.906,0.938,0.901,respectively.Conclusion Three Chinese short versions of the EBP scales have good reliability and validity in the domestic nurse population,and can provide an assessment tool to quickly understand nurses'beliefs,implementation and organizational culture and readiness for evidence-based practice.
