摘　　要：邢台市正在推动制造强市建设,装备制造业中小企业扮演着至关重要的角色。文章综合分析邢台市装备制造业中小企业人才流失的原因,从社会、企业、个人三方面提出相应的控制对策,供相关企业参考。Xingtai City is promoting the construction of a strong manufacturing city,and small and medium-sized enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry play a crucial role.This paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of brain drain in small and medium-sized enterprises in equipment manufacturing industry in Xingtai City,and puts forward corresponding control countermeasures for the reference of related enterprises.
