摘　　要：数字技术为出版业带来新的发展契机,催生了出版业的新业态和新模式,拓宽了出版业的实践场景,满足了用户的个性化消费需求。同时伴随数字技术的加持,数字技术驱动下的出版业出现文化生态失衡、发展模式不良、缺乏复合型人才等问题,阻碍了出版业的转型。实现数字技术驱动下出版业的迭代升级,需调整好政府、产业与企业的关系,理清出版产品与产业链的关系,人才为本优化出版业人才结构以确保数字化转型持续发力,版权确权的同时全流程监管数据安全。Digital technology brings new development opportunities for the publishing industry,spawns new formats and models in publishing,broadens the scope of practice for publishers,and meets users'personalized consumption needs.At the same time,with the blessing of digital technology,the transformation of publishing industry driven by digital technology has been hindered by an imbalance in cultural ecology,a poor development model,and a lack of interdisciplinary talents.In order to achieve the iterative upgrading of the publishing industry driven by digital technology,it is necessary to adjust the relationship between the government,industry and enterprises.This includes clarifying the relationship between publishing products and the industrial chain,optimizing the publishing mechanism guarantee based on talent to ensure the continuous development in digital transformation,as well as supervising the data security throughout the process while confirming copyright rights.
