摘  要:绩效反馈理论为组织学习、问题搜寻、风险承担与战略变革等组织决策提供了解释。然而,随着研究深入,绩效反馈理论的内涵和情境应用得到不断的拓展,但是该理论的研究现状缺乏整合和系统梳理。本文以1986-2019年在Web of Science上发表的200篇文献为样本,通过文献计量和多维尺度分析识别出绩效反馈理论的知识模块,并构建起“前因—过程—情境—行为”的APCB知识框架。进而,针对126篇高质量的文献,基于内容分析框架,从“简单因果视角”“权变视角”和“过程视角”阐释该理论的研究现状。最后,根据现有研究的不足,从研究主题、理论视角和研究设计三个方面提出未来的研究方向。研究结果对于全面而有逻辑地归纳绩效反馈理论的研究现状、为后续研究提供指导性建议具有重要的学术价值。Performance feedback theory provides explanations for organisational decisions such as organisational learning,problem search,risk taking and strategic change.According to the core idea of performance feedback theory,i.e.,the performance aspiration gap affects the decision-making mode of enterprises,researchers have carried out a large number of academic studies.With in-depth research,the connotations and contextual applications of performance feedback theory have been continuously broadened,first,a large number of empirical studies have discussed the relationship between performance feedback and strategic change from different contexts;second,some of the studies have explored the internal mechanism of the performance feedback process thoroughly;and third,a small number of scholars have provided an overview of the findings of performance feedback theory.Although existing studies have applied performance feedback theory to the explanation of various managerial phenomena,there is still space for the following developments in the existing studies:first,although the hotspots of the theory in existing studies have shown a trend of integration,the richness of the theoretical perspectives,the heterogeneous knowledge structure,and the diversity of the research objectives resulted in the lack of a comprehensive and logical knowledge framework for the research topics to be refining and integrating.Second,most of these review studies are conducted in a qualitative description approach,which is generally too sub-jective and one-sided.With the expansion of the literature sample size,there is a need for quantitative statistics and systematic content analyses to sort out the literature and comprehensively grasp the research dynamics in the field.Third,the existing review studies lack a systematic summary of research deficiencies and rarely propose future research directions in terms of research themes,theoret-ical perspectives,and research designs.Based on this,this paper takes 200 SSCI journals in the Web of Science database f
