摘 要:组织合法化是组织管理研究的核心问题之一。本文从制度视角出发,借助无监督主题模型对1977-2020年1502篇有关组织合法化的中英文文献进行主题建模与编码分析发现,迄今为止有三种不同的路径视角,认为组织合法化分别是:(1)获得规制性、规范性、文化—认知支持的应对过程;(2)作为行动者在竞争和谈判中重新创造、反复构建和不断再征服的建构过程;(3)个体层面的适当性在实践中实现集体层面的有效性的跨层次互动过程。本文通过对三种路径之间内在联系的分析,整合出组织合法化的总体框架,同时以组织合法化的驱动因素——环境结构、组织能动、感知—实践——为坐标,开发出组织合法化的理想模型,并指明未来研究突破的若干方向。Organizational legitimation is a practical issue that cannot be avoided from micro-organization to higher levels.The survival or demise of every organization is accompanied by the evolution and mechanism of organizational legitimation.In general,legitimacy refers to an attribute of an organization’s acquisition of a certain state in the environment,both immediate and processual.Legitimation is a diachronic process of seeking and achieving legitimacy in the ongoing interaction between an organization and the environment.Legitimacy is the immediate state of legitimation,and legitimation is the process by which organizations seek legitimacy.In social practice,the legitimacy connotation of different organizations is different,and the composition of organizational legitimacy is also different at different life cycle stages of the same organization.On the one hand,the environment evaluates and constrains the organization by multiple parties,making the legitimacy of the organization objectively visible;On the other hand,in the process of the organization actively obtaining or maintaining the legitimacy,the stakeholders of the organization are subjectively convinced of its appropriateness.Legitimation profoundly affects the way organizations behave,affecting their performance and survival,and protecting them from direct sanctions caused by changes in technological performance.This article focuses on the process of organizational legitimacy,that is,organizational legitimation.This is because,on the one hand,the study of organizational legitimacy is relatively mature,and there is no lack of excellent and comprehensive reviews.However,the process of organizational legitimation has been relatively poorly studied,and it is more common in longitudinal empirical studies.In recent years,research on organizational legitimation has gradually attracted the attention of scholars,especially after Johnson et al.put forward the proposition that“legitimacy is a general social process”in 2006,and the research on the legitimacy proc
