摘 要:【目的】在桥梁跨越既有的营运线路、河流和山谷时,转体施工是常用的施工方法之一。为缩短转体施工转体就位后跨中合龙段的施工工期,需要对现有跨中合龙设备进行优化设计。【方法】本研究以某跨南水北调总干渠桥梁合龙段施工为工程依托,通过对比传统中跨合龙段施工方法的优缺点,提出一种新型转体桥梁跨中合龙吊架装置及相应的施工方法。针对所提出的合龙段吊架装置,建立有限元数值模型,基于数值模型对设计吊架结构进行受力分析。【结果】计算结果表明,所设计吊架各部分受力及变形均满足规范要求。【结论】转体管道桥跨中合龙段吊架设计及施工方法成功解决了跨水源保护地转体桥梁跨中合龙段施工的技术难题,研究成果可为同类工程提供技术支持。[Purposes]While bridges cross existing operating lines,rivers and valleys,swivel construction is one of the common construction methods.In order to shorten the construction period of mid-span clos⁃ing section after the rotary body is in place,it is necessary to optimize the design of the existing midspan closing equipment.[Methods]Based on the construction of the bridge closure section across the main channel of the South-to-North Water Diversion project,this study presents a new type of bridge closure hanger device and its corresponding construction method by comparing the advantages and disad⁃vantages of the traditional construction methods in the mid-span closure section.For the proposed clo⁃sure hanger device,the finite element numerical model was established.Based on the numerical model,the stress of the designed hanger structure was analyzed.[Findings]The calculation results show that the stress and deformation of each part of the designed hanger meet the requirements of the specification.[Conclusions]The design of hanger in the mid-span closure section of the swivel pipeline bridge and the formulation of construction method have successfully solved the technical difficulties in the construc⁃tion of the mid-span closure section of the swivel bridge across the protection area of water source,and the research results can provide technical support for similar projects.
