摘  要:种植牙是缺失牙治疗中的一种有效治疗手段。种植牙的骨结合过程涉及免疫系统和骨骼系统的协调运作,细胞间的相互作用与骨形成和修复关系密切。外泌体是细胞间重要的通讯分子,最初发现于体外培养的绵羊红细胞的上清液中,是直径40~150 nm的微囊泡,存在于多种细胞和体液中,以内吞、转运的方式进入靶细胞,影响细胞基因的表达,从而改变细胞的转归。其在种植体骨结合的微环境中具有重要的调控功能,通过不同细胞间分泌的小分子核糖核酸、特定蛋白质及其他生长因子,从而在骨改建中发挥作用。本文就骨改建中相关骨源性细胞来源外泌体的作用及其在种植体骨结合中的功能作一综述。Dental implant is an effective treatment in the treatment of missing teeth.The osseointegration process of dental implant involves the coordinated operation of immune system and skeletal system,and the interaction between cells is closely relat-ed to bone formation and repair.Exosomes are important communication molecules between cells.They were first found in the su-pernatant of sheep red blood cells cultured in vitro.They are 40~150 nm in diameter.They exist in many kinds of cells and body fluids.They enter the target cells by endocytosis and transport,affecting the expression of cell genes,thus changing the outcome of cells.It plays an important regulatory role in the microenvironment of osseointegration of implants,and plays a role in bone re-modeling through small molecular RNA,specific protein and other growth factors secreted by different cells.In this paper,the role of bone-derived exosomes in bone remodeling and their functions in osseointegration of implants are reviewed.
