摘  要:人工智能(AI)在急危重症患者的诊断和治疗中具有巨大潜力。AI在急危重症患者图像诊断、生命体征监测、个体化治疗和决策支持方面展现出卓越效果。然而,数据隐私和安全、模型解释和可解释性、不确定性和风险管理、技术集成和可操作性等仍存在挑战。未来的发展方向包括改进深度学习和神经网络、多模态数据整合、自动化和智能化监护系统、强化学习和自主决策,以及关注数据隐私和伦理问题等。跨学科合作和医学专业知识与AI技术的结合是推动急危重症患者诊断和治疗效果提高的关键。本文通过综述与展望,期待AI在急危重症患者的诊断和治疗中发挥重要作用。Artificial intelligence(AI)possesses immense potential in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients.AI demonstrates outstanding efficacy in the areas of image diagnosis,vital sign monitoring,personalized treatment,and decision support for critically ill patients.However,challenges persist in the realms of data privacy and security,model interpretation and explainability,uncertainty and risk management,as well as technical integration and operability.Future developments encompass enhancing deep learning and neural networks,integrating multimodal data,automating and intelligentizing monitoring systems,reinforcing learning and autonomous decision-making,and addressing data privacy and ethical concerns.The key to improving the diagnosis and treatment outcomes of critically ill patients lies in interdisciplinary collaboration and the amalgamation of medical expertise with AI technology.Through this review and prospect,we anticipate the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients.
