工业设计创新人才的实践能力培养——以面向高血糖人群的智能餐垫设计为例

摘　　要：为探索工业设计创新人才的实践能力培养方式,通过演绎法和归纳法得出项目实践过程中创新人才的重要的实践能力包括:主观能动性和终身学习的热情;倡议和决策能力;调查能力;谈判和妥协、交流和沟通能力;愿景,并为之付出行动力;责任感和紧迫感、高效率完成任务;道德感与诚信度;文理学科知识的综合运用能力;跨学科技能运用能力;机会评估及发展能力,准确预测风险和成本,并能有效地整合资源。在面向高血糖人群的智能餐垫设计实践中,分析了创新设计人才的各能力具备情况,总结出3种工业设计创新设计人才培养的路径分别为工业设计创新联盟方式、国际协同合作组织方式以及校内外专家交叉培育方式。This research aims to explore effective methods for cultivating the practical abilities of innovative talents in industrial design.By employing deductive and inductive approaches,the study identifies key practical abilities necessary for innovative talents during project practice.These abilities include:exhibiting subjective initiative and a lifelong passion for learning;demonstrating decisive and proactive decision-making skills;showcasing effective investigation capabilities;excelling in negotiation,compromise,and interpersonal communication;exhibiting a visionary mindset and translating it into action;displaying a strong sense of responsibility,urgency,and efficiency in task completion;possessing a strong sense of ethics and integrity;effectively applying interdisciplinary knowledge in arts and sciences;utilizing interdisciplinary skills;evaluating and pursuing opportunities,accurately predicting risks and costs,and efficiently integrating resources.Furthermore,this study analyzed the diverse abilities of innovative design talents through a case study on the design of smart placemats for individuals with high blood glucose.Finally,three pathways for the training of industrial design innovation talents were proposed:the industrial design innovation alliance model,the international collaborative cooperation organization model,and the cross-cultivation model involving experts both inside and outside educational institutions.
