摘　　要：目的 分析固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面对口腔美容修复患者牙周状况及美容效果的影响。方法 回顾性选取2021年10月-2023年5月河南省第二人民医院口腔科收治的88例口腔美容修复患者的临床资料。根据不同修复方式分为两组。两组均接受固定矫正治疗,对照组联合烤瓷全冠贴面修复,观察组联合铸瓷贴面修复。比较两组修复前、修复后6个月口腔美容修复效果、美容效果、牙周状况及并发症。结果 修复后,观察组效果显著率与对照组比较(97.96%VS92.31%)较高(P <0.05);观察组在牙齿颜色、形态、半透明程度、边缘美观评分及总分上高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组在PD、BI、AL、PLI评分上低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较(4.08%VS20.51%)较低。结论 固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面对口腔美容修复患者牙齿美容效果明显,能够有效改善牙周状况,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the impact of fixed orthodontic technology combined with cast ceramic patches on the periodontal condition and cosmetic effffect of patients undergoing oral cosmetic restoration.Method Clinical data of 88 patients with oral cosmetic restoration admitted to the Department of Stomatology at Henan Second People's Hospital from October 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.Divide into two groups according to difffferent repair methods.Both groups received fifixed orthodontic treatment,while the control group received a combination of porcelain veneers for full crown restoration,while the observation group received a combination of porcelain veneers for restoration.Compare the oral cosmetic repair effect,cosmetic effect,periodontal condition,and complications between the two groups before and 6 months after repair.Result After repair,the signifificant effffect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.96%vs 92.31%)(P<0.05);The observation group showed higher scores in tooth color,shape,translucency,edge aesthetics,and total score than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group showed lower scores in PD,BI,AL,and PLI compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.08%vs 20.51%).Conclusion The combination of fifixed orthodontic technology and cast ceramic patches has a signifificant cosmetic effffect on the teeth of patients undergoing oral cosmetic restoration,which can effffectively improve periodontal conditions and reduce the incidence of complications.
