摘　　要：由于现代交通运输及建筑行业的飞速发展,交通事故、建筑安全事故发生率越来越高。在这些事故里,人们受到的创伤中骨缺损占了很高的比例。骨缺损常常伴有骨髓炎、软组织挫伤等,由于其创伤面积大、影响组织多、手术治疗难度高、治疗周期长且愈合缓慢,不仅损伤人体组织结构的完整性,更带来了功能障碍,因此骨缺损在临床治疗中是一项重大挑战。而大段骨缺损由于骨质缺失区域更加广泛,预后更加困难,其中发生在颌面部的大段骨缺损更是影响患者的容貌美观,给患者带来身体和精神上的严重影响,因此研究其修复策略具有更重要的意义。本文回顾了目前关于大段骨缺损的研究现状,重点是大段骨缺损的定义、大段骨缺损的动物模型以及颌骨大段骨缺损的修复方法。Due to the rapid development of modern transportation and construction industry,the incidence of traffiffic accidents and construction safety accidents is getting higher and higher.In these accidents,bone defects account for a high percentage of people's trauma.Bone defect is often accompanied by osteomyelitis,soft tissue contusion,etc.Due to its large trauma area,many affffected tissues,diffifficult surgical treatment,long treatment cycle and slow healing,it not only damages the integrity of human tissue structure,but also brings dysfunction,so bone defect is a major challenge in clinical treatment.As the bone loss area is more extensive and the prognosis is more diffifficult,the large segment bone defect in the maxillofacial region even affffects the appearance and beauty of patients,and brings serious physical and mental impacts to patients.Therefore,it is of more important signifificance to study its repair strategy.This paper reviews the current literature on large segmental bone defect,focusing on the defifinition of large segmental bone defect,the current research model of large segmental bone defect and the repair methods of large segmental bone defect in maxillofacial region.
