摘  要:工业汽轮机常规悬挂式排汽缸的轴承座一端悬空焊接在排汽缸扩压面上,并与排汽缸一起通过猫爪进行支撑,该结构的优点是跨距短、结构紧凑,但由于轴承座外端悬空,导致其支撑刚度较低,进而影响机组振动性能。为此,采用在排汽缸外部增设加强肋板以及在轴承座底部增加支撑点即三点支撑的方式,对某大型乙烯三机用排汽缸进行了改进,并采用有限元方法对改进前后排汽缸的应力、变形及支撑刚度进行了对比,结果表明,通过增设加强肋板及采用三点支撑可有效降低缸体变形,从而提高排汽缸支撑刚度,进而提升机组的振动性能。One end of the bearing seat of the conventional suspended exhaust cylinder of industrial steam turbine is welded in the air on the diffuser surface of the exhaust cylinder,and is supported together with the exhaust cylinder by cat claws.This structure has the advantages of short span and compact structure,but because the outer end of the bearing seat Suspended in the air,resulting in low support stiffness,which in turn affects the vibration performance of the unit.For this reason,this paper improves the exhaust cylinder of a certain large-scale ethylene three-machine by adding reinforcement ribs outside the exhaust cylinder and adding support points at the bottom of the bearing seat,that is,three-point support,and uses the finite element method to improve the front and rear exhaust cylinders.The stress,deformation and support stiffness of the cylinder are compared.The results show that the deformation of the cylinder block can be effectively reduced by adding reinforcement ribs and adopting three-point support,thereby increasing the support stiffness of the exhaust cylinder,thereby improving the vibration performance of the unit.
