高校创新创业教育“三链条”精准对接的策略——以产教融合背景为例

摘　　要：产教融合是国家的一项重要战略,推进产教融合是提升高校创新创业人才质量的重要途径。高校创新创业教育应当以产教融合为导向,推动教育链、创新创业链和产业链的精准对接,确保创新创业人才供给与需求的匹配。具体建议:充分利用政策赋能,为“三链条”精准对接疏通断点与堵点;识别并定位需求,以需求为导向推动“三链条”精准对接;构建协同育人格局,通过资源要素的融合实现“三链条”精准对接。The integration of industry and education is an important national strategy.Promoting the integration of industry and education is an important way to improve the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should be guided by the integration of production and education,promote the precise docking of the education chain,innovation and entrepreneurship chain and industrial chain,and ensure the matching of the supply and demand of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Specific suggestions are as follow:making full use of policy empowerment to dredge breakpoints and blocked points for the precise docking of the“three chains”;identifying and locating the needs,demand-oriented to promote the“three chains”accurate docking;building a pattern of collaborative education,and realizing the precise docking of“three chains”through the integration of resource elements.
