摘  要:前厅与客房管理课程是本科院校酒店管理专业的核心技能课,教学中应注重对学生实操能力的培养和职业素养的提升。当前,本科院校酒店前厅与客房管理教学在理论与实践结合方面面临教师实操技能、实验设备、教学方法欠缺等诸多困境。由于情景模拟教学可以突出课程操作性、增加课程趣味性、显著改善课程实效性,从而能有效解决理论与实践结合的现实困境。在情景模拟教学过程中,教师要围绕教学目标,精心挑选模拟主题,创设仿真场景,及时总结和评价,激励学生的参与热情。The Front Office and Room Management course is a core skill course for undergraduate hotel management majors,and teaching should focus on cultivating students'practical skills and enhancing their professional literacy.At present,undergraduate colleges and universities face many difficulties in combining theory and practice in teaching hotel lobby and room management,such as a lack of teacher practical skills,experimental equipment,and teaching methods.Due to the fact that scenario simulation teaching can highlight course operability,increase course interest,and significantly improve course effectiveness,it can effectively solve the practical dilemma of combining theory with practice.In the process of scenario simulation teaching,teachers should carefully select simulation themes around teaching objectives,create simulation scenarios,timely summarize and evaluate,and stimulate students'enthusiasm for participation.
