摘  要:主驱动轴承动态性能指标直接反映大型掘进机驱动系统的综合运行性能,对主机健康运维及故障诊断具有较高的灵敏性。本文从振动信号、温升性能、摩擦力矩、油液质量四个指标着手,对大型掘进机主驱动轴承的动态性能研究现状进行分析,并总结国内外的研究思路、先进方法、技术路线等,探讨各项理论模型及技术方法的优缺点和注意事项,为相关人员研究主轴承动态性能数据等提供参考。The dynamic performance indicators of main drive bearing can directly reflect the comprehensive operational performance of the driving system of a large-sized tunneling machine,and have high sensitivity to the healthy operation and fault diagnosis of the main engine.The research status of dynamic performance of main drive bearing of large-sized tunneling machine was analyzed one by one from the four indicators of vibration signal,temperature rise performance,friction torque and oil quality,and the research ideas,advanced methods and technology roadmap at home and abroad were summarized.The advantages,disadvantages and notes of various theoretical models and technical methods were discussed,providing reference for relevant personnel to study the dynamic performance data of main drive bearing..
