摘 要:[目的]为缓解养猪持续规模化所导致的“人畜争粮”的局势,寻找可替代饲料资源,应用“非粮蛋白”饲料,减少玉米和豆粕使用。[方法]总结和分析紫花苜蓿在生长育肥猪和母猪上的应用研究进展,探讨“以草换粮”在未来养猪生产中的应用条件和思路。[结果]紫花苜蓿具有蛋白质含量高和纤维结构合理等营养特点,能提高猪肉品质,能满足妊娠母猪对优质纤维的需求,在适宜的猪品种和适度规模的种养结合条件下,采用人工智能的液体饲喂方式可替代一部分玉米豆粕用于养猪生产。[结论]紫花苜蓿可在养猪生产中进一步推广和开发应用。[Objectives]The alternative resources of feed should be sought and"non-grain protein"feed should be applied to reduce the use of maize and soybean meal to alleviate the situation of"food competition between humans and livestock"caused by the continuous scale of pig farming.[Methods]The progress on the application of alfalfa(Medicago sativa Linn)in the fattening pigs and sows was reviewed.The application conditions and ideas of"grass for grain"in pig farming in the future were discussed.[Results]Alfalfa has nutritional characteristics including high content of protein and reasonable fiber structure,which can improve the quality of pork and meet the needs of pregnant sows for high-quality fiber.Under the conditions of appropriate pig breeds and moderate scale of breeding and farming,the use of artificial intelligence liquid feeding can replace a portion of maize and soybean meal for pig farming.[Conclusions]Alfalfa can be further promoted and developed for application in pig farming.
