电流加热铁箔渗碳及其拉伸性能研究

摘  要:采用直流电沉积方法从氯化物盐浴中制备了Fe箔,对铁箔进行渗碳处理及拉伸性能测试,分析了铁箔渗碳后的晶体结构、微观形貌、截面形貌等.结果表明:在乙醇环境中通电流加热后碳元素渗入到铁箔中,有渗碳体Fe_(3)C生成,表面为胞状凸起结构,C元素以碳纳米管形式沉积在铁箔表面.空气中热处理、氩气环境电流加热以及渗碳都能提升铁箔的拉伸性能,渗碳10 min后铁箔材料拉伸性能提升最明显,抗拉强度为527 MPa,伸长率为3.99%.Fe foil was prepared from a chloride salt bath by DC electrodeposition.The iron foil was carburized and tested for tensile properties.The crystal structure,micromorphology,and cross-sectional morphology of the iron foil after carburization were analyzed.The results show that the carbon element infiltrates into the iron foil after heating with electric current in the ethanol environment,and the cementite Fe_(3) C is formed,and the surface is a cellular con⁃vex structure.Heat treatment in air,electric current heating in argon atmosphere and carburizing can improve the tensile properties of iron foil.After carburizing for 10 minutes,the tensile properties of the iron foil material are im⁃proved most obviously.The tensile strength is 527 MPa and the elongation is 3.99%.
