高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业核心课课程思政教学改革和体系设计——以《现代饭店管理》为例

摘　　要：思政教育是落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要手段。研究以《现代饭店管理》课程为例,基于学情调研和分析,从教学目标、思政元素、教学方式、考评体系四个方面,设计了该课程的思政教学体系,探讨如何在高职院校酒店管理与数字化运营专业课教学中有机融入思政教育,使专业课程与思政课程同向同行、协同育人。Ideological and political education is an important means of implementing the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and cultivating people”.Taking the course Modern Hotel Management as an example,and based on research and analysis of the academic situation,the ideological and political teaching system of the course was designed from four aspects:teaching objectives,ideological and political elements,teaching methods,and evaluation system.The study explores how to organically integrate ideological and political education into the teaching of hotel management and digital operation professional courses in vocational colleges,so that professional courses and ideological and political courses can go hand in hand and cultivate students in a collaborative manner.
