摘  要:以芜菁子为原料,通过微波提取和索氏提取芜菁子油脂,并研究2种方法提取的芜菁子油脂的脂肪酸和生物活性。结果表明:当微波功率204 W、料液比1∶9(g/mL)、提取时间16 min时,微波提取的芜菁子油脂(BSO-M)的得率为29.92%。BSO-M中不饱和脂肪酸含量为87.17%,索氏提取的芜菁子油脂(BSO-S)中不饱和脂肪酸含量为98.58%;BSO-M的降糖能力明显高于BSO-S,而BSO-S具有较强的抗氧化能力。Using Brassica rapa L.seed as raw material,Brassica rapa L.seed oil was extracted by mi-crowave extraction and Soxhlet extraction,and the fatty acids and biological activity of Brassica rapa L.seed oil were studied.The results showed that when the microwave power was 204 W,the material-liquid ratio was 1:9(g/mL),and the extraction time was 16 min,the yield of Brassica rapa L.seed oil(BSO-M)extracted by microwave was 29.92%.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in BS0-M was 87.17%,and the unsaturated fatty acid content in Soxhlet extracted Brassica rapa L.seed oil(BSO-S)was 98.58%.BSO-M had significantly higher hypoglycemic ability than BSO-S,and BSO-S had stronger antioxidant ability.
