摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取槟榔挥发油。以挥发油得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺,并研究挥发油对4种供试菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶9.5(g/mL)、浸泡时间3 h、提取时间10.5 h,在此条件下挥发油得率为0.0409%±0.0002%;槟榔挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC分别为15.63、31.25、31.25、62.5 mg/mL,对4种供试菌的MBC均超过250 mg/mL。The volatile oil of Areca catechu L.was extracted by steam distillation.Taking the yield of volatile oil as an indicator,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology based on a single factor experiment,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericid-al concentration(MBC)of volatile oil against four kinds of tested bacteria were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of volatile oil were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:9.5(g/mL),soaking time 3 h and extraction time 10.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of volatile oil was 0.0409%±0.0002%.The MIC of volatile oil from Areca catechu L.against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella typhimurium,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 15.63,31.25,31.25 and 62.50 mg/mL,respectively,and the MBC against four tested bacteria exceeded 250 mg/mL.
