摘  要:设计5类带肋中空夹层钢管自密实混凝土结构以满足此类钢-混凝土组合结构运用于类似风电塔架等高耸结构的要求。对设计的5类结构试件进行轴压试验,研究了试件在试验过程中的变形情况、破坏形式、荷载与应变关系和肋板布置方式对试件承载力的影响;验证有限元计算模型有效性之后,对试件在全过程受荷中的刚度变化,延性特性和内、外钢管的工作机理进行研究分析。最后提出综合性能评价标准衡量5类试件在非线性工作阶段的受力性能。通过这一系列的研究表明,在钢管中焊接与试件相同高度的通长肋板对试件包括承载力在内的各方面受力性能有显著的提高,而在钢管中焊接分层肋板对试件除了延性性能之外的各方面受力性能都有不同程度的降低。The five type of self-compacting concrete structure of ribbed hollow laminated steel pipe is designed to meet the requirements of this kind of steel-concrete combined structure for high-rise structures similar to wind power tower.This paper conducts the axial pressure test of five structural specimens,and studies the deformation,damage form,load and strain relationship and the influence of the specimen on the finite element calculation model,the stiffness change and the working mechanism of the inner and outer steel pipes.Finally,the comprehensive performance evaluation standard is proposed to measure the stress performance of five specimens in the nonlinear working stage.Through this series of studies,it is shown that the welded length rib plate in the steel pipe with the same height as the specimen significantly improves the stress performance of the specimen including the bearing capacity,while reducing the force performance of the specimen to different degrees except the tensile performance of the specimen.
