开放大学老年艺术教育研究及启示——以江苏开放大学为例

摘　　要：开放大学的发展契合学习型社会建设需求,是终身教育理念的践行者,江苏开放大学通过融合社会力量,发挥数字技术优势,不断完善终身教育网络,形成了具有江苏特色的社会教育“5+N服务体系”以及“学分银行”等方式。在新时代,开放大学需加强统筹指导区域老年艺术教育工作,通过融合学历与非学历教育,推进多终端学习平台设计,打造特色老年艺术教育品牌项目等思路开展老年艺术教育,推动终身学习型社会发展,打造老年群体艺术教育阵地。The development of Open University meets the needs of building a learning society,and it is a practitioner of the concept of lifelong education.By integrating social forces,giving full play to the advantages of digital technology,Jiangsu Open University has continuously improved its lifelong education network,and formed a 5+N service system of social education with Jiangsu characteristics,as well as"credit bank"and other special practices.In the new era,the Open University needs to strengthen the overall guidance of regional art education for the elderly,carry out art education for the elderly by integrating academic and non-academic education,promoting the design of multi-terminal learning platforms,and creating brand projects of characteristic art education for the elderly,so as to promote the development of a lifelong learning society and create an art education position for the elderly.
