大肠息肉癌变病理类型、结肠镜诊疗特点及与患者发病年龄的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 对大肠息肉癌变病理类型、结肠镜诊疗特点以及发病年龄进行关系探究。方法 选取2022年1-11月本院收治的146例大肠息肉患者作为研究对象,通过调查患者资料,记录患者的年龄、性别,并观察是否存在腹痛腹胀以及大便改变的情况,做好效果比较。结果 男性、女性患者出现腹痛腹胀、便血、腹泻、大便改变所占比例,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大肠息肉病理类型中,癌变组和非癌变组息肉形态比较,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),有无带蒂情况比较,两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。对比不同年龄段的大肠息肉癌变情况,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大肠息肉癌变前,发病年龄和患者具有一定的关系。同时,在大肠息肉内镜切除中,对早期病变患者进行密切随访,可降低患者机体损伤。Objective To explore relationship between pathological types of canceration of colorectal polyp,characteristics of colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment and onset age and compare corresponding effect.Methods The paper chose 146 patients with colorectal polyp admitted to our hospital from January to November 2022 as research objects,recorded age and gender of patients based on investigation of patient data,observed whether there was abdominal pain,abdominal distention and stool changes,compared related effect.Results Proportion of male and female patients with abdominal pain,bloating,bloody stools,diarrhea and changes in bowel movements showed no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).In pathological types of Colorectal polyp,there was statistically significant difference between canceration group and non canceration group in morphology of polyps(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in presence or absence of pedicles(P>0.05).Comparing canceration of colorectal polyp in different age groups,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is some certain relationship between onset age and canceration of colorectal polyp.At the same time,closely follow-up for patients with early lesions in endoscopic resection of colorectal polyp can reduce body damage.
