《金匮要略》从肝脾论治妇人病用方探析

摘　　要：张仲景《金匮要略》妇人病3篇中治疗妇人病载方39首,包括妊娠病10首、产后病10首及妇人杂病19首,其方涉及肝脾两脏共13首,其中胶艾汤、当归芍药散分别出现2次,剔除重复方则调和肝脾两脏的方共11首。仲景在治疗妇人疾病用药方面不但重视气与血,而且重视调和肝与脾,治疗疾病时不忘顾护肝脾两脏,同时中药配伍时善于灵活加减,临床上总以辨证论治为纲要。文章从肝脾的生理互依、病理相传及妇人病3篇中选药以养肝健脾、暖肝温脾及疏肝和脾的方去探析仲景治疗妇人病的学术思想。In the three articles of Synopsis of Golden Chamber,ZHANG ZhongJing,there were 39 prescriptions for treating women’s diseases,including 10 for pregnancy-related diseases,10 for postpartum diseases and 19 for miscellaneous diseases of women.There were 13 prescriptions involving the two viscera of the liver and spleen,among which Jiao Ai decoction and Danggui Shaoyao powder appeared twice respectively,and 11 prescriptions for harmonizing the two viscera of the liver and spleen were eliminated.In the treatment of women’s diseases,ZHONG Jing not only paid attention to Qi and blood,but also paid attention to the coordination of liver and spleen.In the treatment of diseases,he did not forget to protect the liver and spleen.At the same time,he was good at flexibly adding and reducing the combination of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses ZHONG Jing’s academic thought of treating women’s diseases from the three articles on the physiological dependence of liver and spleen,pathological transmission and women’s diseases,namely,the prescription of nourishing liver and invigorating spleen,warming liver and warming spleen,soothing liver and spleen.
