摘　　要：新安医家程国彭在其代表作《医学心悟》中阐明疫病经络与口鼻两条来路,经络、口鼻与大便三条去路,总结了治疫之五法,即发散、解秽、清中、攻下及四法合奏并加以补法,并分别针对不同类型的疫病各列验方,如从经络入的在天之疫治以香苏散;从口鼻而入的在人之疫治以神术散;两疫兼证入里治以治疫清凉散;大头瘟治以普济消毒饮。Xin’an Doctor CHENG Guopeng clarified that there are two routes for epidemic diseases to come through the meridians and the mouth and nose,and three routes to go through the meridians,the mouth and nose,and the stool,in his masterpiece.He summarizes the five methods of treating epidemics,dispersing,detoxifying,clearing the middle,laxativing,and combining the four methods with tonic methods.Moreover,he list several effective prescriptions for each different types of epidemic diseases.For instance,he use Xiang Su powder to treat the epidemic enters from the meridians,he use Shen Zhu powder to treat the epidemic enters from the mouth and nose,if the disease has invaded inside the body,Zhiyi Qingliang powder can be used,and he use Puji Xiaodu decoction to treating Datou Wen.
