双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性CSG疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)的疗效,以及对炎症反应、氧化应激的影响。方法选择2020年7月至2021年7月Hp+CSG患者60例,随机分为A组与B组,各30例。两组患者均接受四联疗法治疗,B组联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,治疗2个月后,比较两组临床疗效及炎症细胞因子、氧化应激指标。结果B组总有效率(96.67%)比A组(76.67%)高(P=0.023);Hp根除率(100.00%)较A组(83.33%)高(P=0.020);血清炎症指标IL-6、IL-8及CRP分别为(30.84±1.97)ng/L、(19.86±1.54)ng/L、(6.47±1.24)mg/L均比A组(46.38±3.91)ng/L、(22.98±1.22)ng/L、(9.82±2.47)mg/L低(P<0.001);氧化应激指标MDA水平(6.06±0.74)μmol/L比A组(7.19±0.81)μmol/L低(P=0.001);SOD及GSH-Px水平(1.76±0.26)U/mL与(23.01±1.13)U/mL均比A组(1.41±0.18)U/mL与(20.85±1.18)U/mL高(P<0.001)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合四联疗法治疗Hp+CSG患者的效果显著,可提升Hp根除率,降低炎症反应、氧化应激水平,有利于改善预后。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bifidobacterium triple live capsule combined with quadruple therapy on chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)positive by Helicobacter pylori(Hp),and its effect on inflammation and oxidative stress.Methods 60 patients with Hp+CSG from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with quadruple therapy,group B combined with bifidobacterium triple live capsule.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B(96.67%)was higher than that of group A(76.67%)(P=0.023).Hp eradication rate(100.00%)was higher than that of group A(83.33%)(P=0.020).Serum inflammatory indexes IL-6,IL-8 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)were(30.84±1.97)ng/L,(19.86±1.54)ng/L,and(6.47±1.24)mg/L,respectively,compared with group A(46.38±3.91)ng/L,(22.98±1.22)ng/L,(9.82±2.47)mg/L was low(P<0.001).The level of oxidative stress index malonaldehyde(MDA)(6.06±0.74)μmol/L was lower than that of group A(7.19±0.81)μmol/L(P=0.001).Dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH-Px)levels(1.76±0.26)U/mL and(23.01±1.13)U/mL were higher than those of group A(1.41±0.18)U/mL and(20.85±1.18)U/mL(P<0.001).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple live capsule combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp+CSG patients,which can increase the eradication rate of Hp,reduce the level of inflammation and oxidative stress,and is conducive to improving the prognosis.
