摘　　要：实训教学是“医学影像学”教学中的重要一环,主要针对理论知识的掌握、巩固与实践。在数字化及住院医师规范化培训的背景下,如何让“医学影像学”实训课更好地适应时代发展是“医学影像学”教师面临的新问题。探索“医学影像学”实训课的教学改革,加强学生影像思维和临床思维的培养,提升学生岗位竞争力和岗位胜任力,提高高职人才培养质量,创立具有“医学影像学”特色的人才培养模式,以培养出高级应用型医学影像人才。Practical teaching is an important part of medical imaging teaching,including the mastery,consolidation and practice of theoretical knowledge.In the era of digitalization and standardized training of resident doctors,how to make medical imaging training courses better adapt to the development of the times is a new problem facing medical imaging teaching staff.This paper aims to explore the teaching reform of medical imaging training course,strengthen the cultivation of students’imaging thinking and clinical thinking,enhance students’post competitiveness and post competency,improve the training quality of higher vocational talents,develop a training mode with medical imaging characteristics,so as to cultivate senior application-oriented medical imaging talents.
