摘  要:应用型本科院校注重对英语专业人才专业能力、应用能力和实践能力的培养,目的是指导学生能够把所学的英语专业知识运用到工作中,实现从“校园人”到“职场人”的过渡。而要实现从“校园人”到“职场人”的过渡,职业体验实践教学则发挥着非常重要的作用。研究如何在陈晓菲(2014)关于教学模式构成要素的理论指导下,设计和构建一个由新生、教师、学校共同参与且较为完整的新生职业体验教学模式,使教学目标具体化,教学内容模块化,教学步骤系统化,教学评价体系标准化和教学资源建设多元化。The cultivation of English talents in application-oriented colleges and universities all focus on the cultivation of professional ability,application ability and practical ability,the ultimate goal of which is to guide students to apply their professional English knowledge to work and realize the transition from“campus person”to“workplace person”.In order to realize the transition,vocational experience and practice teaching plays a very important role.Under the theoretical guidance of Chen Xiaofei’s(2014)elements of teaching model,this research is trying to design and construct a relatively complete vocational experience teaching mode for freshmen,which is jointly participated by freshmen,teachers and schools,so that its teaching objectives are specific,teaching contents are modularized,teaching steps are systematic,teaching evaluation system is standardized and teaching resources are diversified.
