摘  要:目的:分析超声引导下微创旋切系统治疗对乳腺良性结节炎性因子、术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2022年12月本院收治的88例乳腺良性结节患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组患者采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组患者采用超声引导下微创旋切系统治疗。整理并比较两组患者围手术期手术指标、炎性因子及术后疼痛情况,并统计对比两组并发症发生情况。结果:观察组切口愈合时间、手术时间、切口长度均短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组轻度疼痛占比明显高于对照组,重度疼痛占比明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后白介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、α肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为15.91%,高于观察组并发症发生率2.27%(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性结节临床疗效明显,术后疼痛更轻,更有利于减轻患者炎性应激,且并发症发生率更低,安全性更高,值得应用。Objective:To analyze the effects of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotatory system therapy on benign breast nodular inflammatory factors,postoperative pain and complications.Methods:A total of 88 patients with benign breast nodules admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as study objects,and according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotatory system.The perioperative indexes,inflammatory factors and postoperative pain of the two groups were sorted out and compared,and the incidence of complications was statistically compared between the two groups.Results:The incision healing time,operation time and incision length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of severe pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of control group was higher than that of observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotatory system has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of benign breast nodules,less postoperative pain,more conducive to reducing inflammatory stress in patients,lower complication rate,higher safety,is worthy of application.
