3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效及复发率观察

摘　　要：目的:研究3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效及复发率。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年1月期间于本院口腔科收治的75例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象。采用信封法将患者随机分组。将采取Dycal氢氧化钙糊剂盖髓治疗的37例患者归为对照组。将采取3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子盖髓治疗的38例患者归为研究组。两组患者均随访6 m。比较两组临床疗效、牙齿美观度、随访期复发率。结果:研究组临床疗效为100.00%,对照组临床疗效为89.19%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。经修复后牙齿美观度研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间研究组复发率2.63%明显低于对照组16.22%(P<0.05)。结论:应用3M Vitrebond光固化玻璃离子治疗牙体牙髓病的短期疗效显著,牙齿美观度明显提升,复发率明显减少。Objective:To study the curative effect and recurrence rate of 3M Vitrebond light cured glass ion in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,75 patients with endodontic disease admitted to the Stomatology department of our hospital were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomized by envelope method.37 patients treated with Dycal calcium hydroxide paste were classified as control group.Thirty-eight patients treated with 3M Vitrebond light-cured glass ion cap were classified into the study group.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,dental aesthetics and recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy was 100.00%in the study group and 89.19%in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The dental aesthetics of the study group after restoration was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 2.63%in the study group was significantly lower than 16.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3M Vitrebond light cured glass ion in the treatment of dental pulp disease has a significant short-term effect,a significant improvement in tooth aesthetics and a significant reduction in recurrence rate.
